Ingredients

Bistro Snack Box 1:

  • 2 mandarin oranges
  • 8 whole strawberries
  • 1/4 cup blackberries
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • 2 large hard boiled eggs
  • 1 cup cottage cheese

Bistro Snack Box 2:

  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup hummus
  • 2 cups grapes
  • 8 Triscuit crackers
  • 2 ounces cubed cheese
  • 2 large hard boiled eggs

Instructions

  • Assemble bistro boxes by dividing the ingredients evenly into 4 meal prep containers. Keep refrigerated.
