This Hazelnut Dip is one of my go-to snacks when my sweet tooth is out of control. Rather than reaching for a candy bar, or baking an entire chocolate cake (that I know I will devour in 2 days flat), I make healthy fruit dips. This dip is also perfect with organic graham crackers I might add (insert heavy wink).
Did I mention its 100% kid-friendly and very easy to make?
I have made this several times and although it doesn’t require refrigeration, it does seem to thicken in the fridge a bit – giving it more of a mousse-like texture that I really like. It’s delicious whether you devour it immediately or after refrigeration.
