Nutrition Breakdown Per Serving (of 12 shrimp):
What you will need:
2 large egg whites
2/3 cup Kikkoman Whole Wheat Panko Breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper, to taste
24 cooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place egg whites into a small mixing bowl and whisk. Pat dry the shrimp and set aside. In a separate mixing bowl combine the breadcrumbs, cheese, and seasonings, mix well. Dip each shrimp into the egg whites, coating both sides, and then into the breadcrumb mixture. Press the shrimp down into the mixture, flip, and coat the other side.
Place each shrimp onto a metal cooling rack that is atop a cookie/baking sheet.
Sprinkle with an additional bit of basil and salt and pepper, if desired. Bake for 15-17 minutes. Remove and enjoy!
