Nutrition Breakdown Per Serving:
What you will need:
1 6oz. can Wild Caught Crab Meat
3 tbsp. 0% plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp. feta cheese
1/8 tsp. smoked paprika
1/4 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Salt & pepper, to taste
1 scallion, chopped
2 tsp. + 1/4 tsp. Sriracha, or choice hot sauce
1/2 cup + 1 tbsp. shredded mozzarella cheese
9 Whole-grain Snack Pita Bread
1/2 oz. baby spinach, or 9 leaves
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lay each pita bread out flat.
Place a leaf of spinach onto each pita bread.
In a small mixing bowl, combine crab meat, greek yogurt, feta cheese, and seasonings. Mix well and scoop one tablespoon serving onto each pita bread.
Add the sriracha, or hot sauce of choice.
Add approximately one tablespoon of cheese per pita bread.
Sprinkle with a dash of basil and salt & pepper, if desired.
Top with chopped scallions/green onions. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
