I started my journey to a more healthy lifestyle back in 2012. I had grown tired of the day to day processed foods lifestyle. I started my Instagram account in September 2012 to post about my journey in hopes that I could inspire others, share my new interests, learn, grow, and above all – keep myself accountable. I was shocked by the response from followers that enjoyed seeing my recipes! YOU followers are what helped me embark on an unknown passion. YOU are what keeps me on my toes. So, thank you again!
Before I knew it I was creating a blog (previously on Blogger) to post my recipes, share my experiences and what I was learning. I never knew this would become something that would become such a major part of my life. Through Instagram I have met some amazing people from around the world – all with a passion to make a difference. Many of which inspired me to stay strong, stay focused, and help build a better me. Amazing!
I have no education in the culinary field, but I do love diving into new cookbooks, magazines, and learning knew things as I go, adding my own personal spin to things, and most of all- reading about your satisfied tummies! So don’t be afraid to leave me a comment!
