Hello there! I’m Samantha – cook, photographer, and the full-time blogger behind With Peanut Butter on Top.  I started this food blog in 2015 as a means of sharing my healthy, and sometimes indulging, recipes to my followers.  I found my passion for cooking during my journey to a healthier lifestyle in September of 2012.  Prior to any blogging, I initially started this journey on Instagram in order to keep myself accountable with my fitness and eating habits, as well as to connect with other health and fitness enthusiasts.  I loved the idea of being able to share what I was doing with my followers, as well as inspiring them.  Because inspiring others inspires me! Which brought me into the blogging world. Had it not been for Instagram and the community that I created there, I would not be where I am today.
